How to disable quick access in windows 10 step by step

Hello Friends,

We install windows 10 but face one problem in it. In generally all windows OS have Window Explorer (Win +E ) but problem in Windows 10 is directly we can't open This PC (All Drivers was shows) need to change some setting. I have make one video for it in Youtube.
