 Hello  friends,
 Here is a trick to convert power point  file to flash manually with Adobe Flash

1. Saving PowerPoint slide into WMF.
Office button -> Save As -> Other Formats, choose Windows Metafile (*.WMF) at Save as type drop-down list, and click Save. Then click Every Slide button in the pop-up dialog.

2. Importing the WMF files into Flash.

3. Exporting the FLA file to a SWF file.

Now its done

In a programming language editor, the keywords become different color automatically when you type the program in the editor. But in MS word they are simple text so it is very boring to edit some programming code in MS Word. But Now the same problem does not persist. A ready made plugin is available which will convert the keywords to different color and change the text of the entire coding part.

Before formatting and After formattingYou can see before formatting the entire text was in black and the font was Calibri.

After auto formatting the keywords has been changed to blue color and the font has been changed to Courier.

You can do this just using a simple plugin. You will get a ready made .exe file which you need to install.

After installation open MS Word and you will find the plugin in the Add-Ins tab of MS Word.


How to do it ? 

  • Go to this website, and download the compiled Word add-in (ready to install and use).
  • Download the .exe and install it.
  • After installation open MS Word and write any programming code such as VB, C, C++, C#, JAVA, PERL, PHP, Pascal and DFM Files.
  • Presently it supports above programming languages.
  • Select the text which you want to format, set the type of programming language you are using from the drop down menu and then press the formatting button to format. The same has been shown in the following diagram.

install windows operating system using pendrive 


In this tutorial I am going to show you how to create the bootable USB flash drive of any windows operating system like windows xp , windows 7 and windows 8. Now a days you don't need to burn DVD and wasting your time + money. Now you can easily install the windows operating system through your Pendrive.
Things you need
1. The thing you need is 4 GB flash drive  (4gb pendrive)
2. WINDOWS 7 USB/DVD DOWNLOAD TOOL
3. Windows OS in IOS format (You can get the windows8 here)
install windows operating system using pendrive2Plugin the 4gb pendrive and just install the WINDOWS 7 USB/DVD DOWNLOAD TOOL and after installing that tool just run that tool and just browse your windows IOS file and press next the process will going on it will take 10-15 min to create the bootable flash drive. Now just reboot your computer and press F12 (to enter in the boot menu) in that boot menu select your pendrive and you have done!

Microsoft office word is a word processor designed by Microsoft. It is commonly used by all in business world, home and education environments.



Some of the word document contains very importantinformation, and it is necessary for them to be secured using a password. Toadd password to you document, follow my steps.

Click on the "File" button.


Click on the File Button at the top of the page.


Click "Save as"

Click Save as.




On the "Save as" Pop-up window,
Click "Tools" 
then scroll down to select "General Options"

On the Save as Pop-up window, click 'Tools' then scroll down to General options (on the bottom left) and choose a password.




Type a Password for opening a document.

Choose a password for opening a document.




Type a Password for modifying a document.

Choose a password for modifying a doc.



Click "OK"

People sometimes doesn't want to keep their recent documents in history to be shown on their MS office. This is for the reason to protect their important documents from other's sight. 

What will be your reaction if I tell there is a way to remove the list of documents that you recently viewed from "Recent Documents"? Yes, Of course, there is a method.

Come on, let's see how to work on it.

Step 1
Go to Microsoft Office Word, Click on Office Button.

Step 2
Click on "Word Options" from Office button menu.

Step 3
When "Word Options" window opens, Click "Advanced".

Step 4 
In "Advanced Options for working with Word" scroll down and enter a value of "0" in"Display" under "Show this number of Recent Documents" and then press "OK" from bottom.

Step 5
Now you can see that the list of document names which you viewed recently would be removed from"Recent Documents" list.

Finally, your important documents are safe!
